Freestyle Fitness Yoga
What is it?
Freestyle Fitness Yoga is a Yoga for everyone. With a focus on the physical workout you’ll develop flexibility, strength and balance and I am hopeful will end the class with a feeling of relaxation and wellbeing too. It is a fairly athletic Yoga so you will get out of puff.
Who ’s it for?
Not pregnant Mums, or those with a back injury – sorry! If you have a medical condition or are carrying/returning from an injury please do contact us before class. Freestyle Fitness Yoga is absolutely suitable for ‘beginners’ (I actually dislike that term greatly – fitness shouldn’t have ‘levels’ but…..)
What do I wear/bring?
Normal fitness clothes for this one – leggings/joggers/shorts and a tee shirt or vest top. FFY is a barefoot workout but if you prefer to keep your trainers (or socks) on that’s fine too. Just bring a bottle of water
When’s it on?
Mondays at 7pm and Fridays at 9.45am

Do I need to book?
Yes! This one does get full and with a maximum class size of 10 we can guarantee a boutique sized fitness experience. Booking is quick and easy via MINDBODY or the MindBody App.
