What is it?
PILOXING was created in the US over a decade ago. Fusing standing Pilates, with non-contact boxing this workout is built on solid fitness research (interval training, barefoot training) but feels so much fun you may not notice your burning calories and building lean muscle because you’re simply smiling too hard!
Who ’s it for?
Everyone! Although please do notify us if you are pregnant, have a medical condition or are carrying/returning from an injury. PILOXING offers a challenging cardiovascular workout BUT it’s low impact, and the interval format gives you chance to recover throughout the class. We have optional weighted gloves you can borrow in class or if you get the bug (we’re sure you will!) you can purchase some in the studio.
What do I wear/bring?
Normal fitness clothes for this one – leggings/joggers/shorts and a tee shirt or vest top. PILOXING is a barefoot workout and some of the standing Pilates balances are easier without trainers but if you prefer to keep your trainers (or socks) on that’s fine too. Just bring a bottle of water

Do I need to book?
Yes! This one does get full and with a maximum class size of 10 we can guarantee a boutique sized fitness experience. Booking is quick and easy via MindBody or the MindBody App.
