All Personal Training programmes begin with a consultation where we will carry out body measurements and composition analysis, really get to know you and begin goal setting.
I will then develop a programme which is effective and progressive. The highly encouraging sessions will result in you not just looking fantastic but feeling fantastic too. I won’t bark at you like a Sergeant Major but will motivate you to work your hardest and bring your best effort. It might not always feel easy but I guarantee that it will be fun.
